Description
The Superintendent supports a General or Senior Superintendent by overseeing one or more operational areas of a construction project, coordinating and scheduling crews, reviewing schedules and budgets, reading construction documents, maintaining project records, and inspecting work, equipment, and safety practices. The role may require travel up to 100% and involves indoor and outdoor work across multiple sites. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 5–7 years of construction management experience including one project as a Superintendent, knowledge of scheduling, cost control, safety, and construction crafts, field leadership experience, computer skills, and a valid driver's license. The base salary range is $115,000–$170,000, with bonus potential and health, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement benefits.
