Description
The Improve Group is hiring a full-time Construction Superintendent to support commercial and military/DOD construction projects, including modular construction and customized storage solutions. The role coordinates project teams and vendors, enforces safety and quality protocols, manages logistics and project schedules, tracks project status, supports closeout, and provides ongoing site operational support. The position is based in San Antonio and may require travel, weekends, and overnight shifts. Compensation is $65,000-$80,000 DOE, with performance incentives, ESOP participation, retirement matching, medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
