Description
Intrinsic Development is hiring a Construction Superintendent to oversee field-level execution of multi-family, hospitality, and commercial construction projects. The role coordinates subcontractors, suppliers, labor, equipment, schedules, inspections, deliveries, budgets, and quality control; maintains project documentation; and enforces safety and site-cleanup standards. The position requires five years of relevant construction experience, OSHA certification, strong communication and problem-solving skills, team leadership ability, a valid driver's license, and the ability to perform physically demanding work.
