Description
Pinnacle Development is hiring a Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site residential construction projects. The role leads field operations, coordinates subcontractors and vendors, manages schedules and budgets, enforces safety and quality standards, resolves construction issues, and serves as the primary on-site contact for clients and partners. Candidates need at least five years of residential construction superintendent experience, knowledge of construction methods and building codes, subcontractor-management experience, blueprint-reading ability, and OSHA certification or willingness to obtain it.
