Laland Baptiste is hiring a Full-Time, on-site Construction Superintendent in Brooklyn, New York to lead daily field operations for a library systems upgrade involving modernization and structural repairs of a 1900s building. The role requires on-site supervision of a 9,000 square foot renovation, coordination of multiple trades and subcontractors, management of building envelope and MEP upgrades, asbestos abatement, safety planning under OSHA and NYC standards, and logistics/traffic control in a constrained urban setting.
