Construction Superintendent at Marand Builders, Inc.

Marand Builders, Inc. is hiring a General Contractor Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial construction projects from inception through completion. The role supervises construction activities, subcontractors, safety compliance, schedules, budgets, quality, layouts, punch lists, and field reporting; coordinates with project managers and customers; and manages other superintendent-level personnel. The position requires at least five years of commercial construction experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, OSHA 30 certification, Procore and Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and travel of up to 75%. It is physically demanding, may require night shifts, and involves work at construction sites in varied indoor and outdoor conditions.
