Progress Residential is hiring a Construction Superintendent - HC to oversee construction and renovation projects for single-family rental homes. The role includes estimating labor, materials, and costs; coordinating and scheduling work; assigning vendors; performing quality-control inspections and punch-list follow-up; completing property inspections and reports; communicating schedule and cost changes; performing basic repairs; and maintaining workplace safety. Candidates need a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, at least five years of superintendent, project manager, or production home representative experience, and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, appliance, landscaping, and irrigation systems.
