Description
RBA Builders is hiring a full-time, mid-level Construction Superintendent to lead onsite construction activities, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, manage schedules and budgets, review project documents, enforce safety and quality standards, and maintain jobsite records. The role requires commercial construction experience, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of construction methods and scheduling tools, a valid California driver’s license, and willingness to travel to various jobsites. Compensation is $90,000-$144,000 per year.
