Description
The Superintendent will lead field operations for large-scale, highly technical construction projects valued at $50 million or more, with a focus on safety, schedule, quality, cost control, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and project closeout. The role requires strong leadership, technical construction knowledge, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and the ability to work outdoors and travel throughout the South and Midwest. Candidates should have 7–15+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager, with experience on $50 million-plus projects and mission-critical, industrial, or highly technical facilities strongly preferred.
