Description
Ross Group is hiring a full-time Construction Superintendent in Vicksburg, Mississippi, to lead field operations on large-scale, highly technical projects valued at $50 million or more. The role oversees safety, schedule, quality, cost, subcontractor coordination, procurement, invoicing, closeout, and project closeout activities while leading Project Engineers and Foremen. Candidates should have 7–15+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager, with successful delivery of $50M+ projects and experience with mission-critical, industrial, or highly technical facilities preferred. The position requires outdoor work, physical activity, travel or relocation to project sites throughout the South and Midwest, and flexible hours averaging 50+ hours per week.
