Description
The Superintendent supervises and coordinates multiple interior construction projects, directing subcontractors, managing schedules and project progress, coordinating field meetings, enforcing safety and quality standards, tracking permits and change orders, and reporting project status. The role requires 5–7 years of construction-management or related experience, knowledge of OSHA and NYC permitting requirements, proficiency with construction technology platforms, and the ability to work on-site for extended periods. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred, along with experience on high-rise and large interior projects and an NYC Site Safety Manager License.
