ServiceMaster DSI is hiring a Construction Superintendent for its Stamford, Connecticut location. The role manages carpenters and subcontractors, schedules and monitors construction projects, coordinates materials, permits, inspections, change orders, and job costs, and maintains customer service, safety, and quality standards. It offers a starting salary of $70,000–$75,000 per year, a company vehicle, bonus eligibility, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off benefits. Candidates need at least five years of hands-on construction experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to move or lift more than 50 pounds; project management and remodeling or restoration experience are preferred.
