ServiceMaster DSI is hiring a Construction Superintendent in Madison, Wisconsin to oversee carpentry and restoration construction projects, manage carpenters and subcontractors, coordinate schedules and materials, handle change orders and job costs, maintain safety and quality standards, and provide customer service. The role pays $65,000–$80,000, starts at $70,000+ year with negotiation based on experience, includes a company vehicle, bonus eligibility, medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, and paid time off. Candidates need at least five years of hands-on construction experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to move or lift more than 50 pounds; project management and remodeling or restoration experience are preferred.
