SpaceX is hiring a Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day site management for fast-paced construction projects, including the Hawthorne campus and other SpaceX campuses. The role manages schedules, logistics, contractors, laborers, safety, permits, costs, and project implementation, while supervising contractors and coordinating with engineering, facilities, and end-user teams. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of construction experience managing employees and contract labor. The position requires physical work in outdoor and elevated environments, extended hours, weekends, and occasional travel, and offers Level I and Level II base salary ranges of $80,000–$107,500 and $95,000–$120,000 per year, respectively, along with medical, vision, dental, retirement, and other benefits.
