The client is hiring a Construction Superintendent to lead daily field operations for commercial construction and technology infrastructure projects. The role coordinates crews, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders; enforces OSHA and safety standards; monitors schedules and quality; reviews drawings and documentation; and resolves field issues. It is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire position based in Lebanon, Indiana, with a pay range of $35.00 to $43.00 per hour and an anticipated application deadline of September 30, 2026.
