Description
The Construction Superintendent at Thomas James Homes is responsible for overseeing the entire vertical construction process for 7 or more projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This role involves managing schedules, trade partners, material deliveries, inspections, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. The Superintendent acts as the primary on-site representative, manages contractors and team members, and maintains a safe work environment while providing daily progress updates.
