Description
The Construction Superintendent oversees the full vertical construction process for 5–9 homebuilding projects, managing schedules, contractors, trade partners, inspections, quality checkpoints, safety, regulatory compliance, and project status updates. The role also represents the company on job sites, approves completed work and payments, may supervise Assistant Construction Managers, and requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–4 years of construction experience, and a valid driver’s license.
