Description
Tidewater is hiring a Construction Superintendent to lead construction projects for federal clients, including design-build and design-bid-build work. The role involves coordinating engineers and subcontractors, setting goals and deadlines, planning construction processes, estimating costs, supervising staff, monitoring progress, obtaining permits, enforcing safety and quality guidelines, managing equipment and materials, and resolving on-site issues. The position requires at least five years of experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar role, familiarity with OSHA and EM-385 safety guidelines, and knowledge of construction operations; USACE CQM certification and OSHA 30-hour training are preferred.
