Description
Construction superintendent role responsible for leading subcontractors and trade labor, controlling project safety, schedule, quality, logistics, staffing, and budget. The role involves supervising assistant superintendents, field engineers, and interns; coordinating with owners and design professionals; resolving field issues; implementing recovery plans; and managing billing/WIP, payrolls, invoices, and subcontractor payment applications to ensure work conforms to contract documents.
