Description
The Construction Superintendent will supervise and coordinate construction activities across assigned work areas and disciplines at an oil and gas or petrochemical project site. The role manages contractors and subcontractors, construction plans, schedules, resources, inspections, HSE compliance, QA/QC, commissioning interfaces, punch-list clearance, and project handover, while reporting progress to project management. It requires a relevant engineering bachelor's degree, at least 15 years of oil and gas or petrochemical experience (12 years for UAE nationals), at least 5 years in a similar mega-project position, EPC/PMC experience, and experience with ADNOC or similar major operator projects.
