Description
TMC Group, LLC is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field execution on a highly detailed private estate project at its ranch and vineyard development in the Santa Ynez Valley, California. The role owns daily jobsite operations, sequencing, trade coordination, schedule execution, quality control, safety, documentation, and problem-solving across luxury residential construction disciplines, including framing, waterproofing, MEP coordination, finishes, millwork, stone, tile, steel, glazing, and landscape details. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of construction experience, significant luxury custom-home experience, strong knowledge of high-end residential construction methods, and the ability to read plans and coordinate with ownership, designers, consultants, and subcontractors.
