Description
The Superintendent will manage and coordinate all on-site activities for assigned commercial or industrial construction projects. Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, vendors, and field labor; maintaining schedules; enforcing OSHA and safety requirements; conducting quality inspections; maintaining daily documentation; and coordinating RFIs, submittals, and project closeout. The role requires 5–8 years of commercial or industrial construction experience, including at least 2 years as a Foreman or Assistant Superintendent, plus strong construction leadership, blueprint interpretation, communication, organizational, and field software skills.
