Description
The Superintendent supports a General or Senior Superintendent by overseeing one or more operational areas of a construction project. The role coordinates and schedules construction crews, determines construction requirements, plans procedures, monitors schedules and budgets, reviews subcontractor recovery plans, maintains project reports, and participates in safety inspections. The position may require travel up to 100% and involves indoor and outdoor work, including travel between sites. A high school diploma or GED, 5-7 years of construction management experience, one project as a Superintendent, knowledge of scheduling, cost control, safety, construction crafts, field-team leadership, Microsoft Office, and a valid driver's license are required.
