Description
The Construction Superintendent leads and coordinates all phases of multi-family construction projects, managing subcontractors, materials, equipment, schedules, inspections, quality control, safety, and job-site turnover. The role oversees sequencing across structural, envelope, MEP, finishes, common areas, precast, and parking activities; coordinates with consultants, vendors, local jurisdictions, and project leadership; and trains field employees. Candidates need at least seven years of multi-family construction experience, prior lead-superintendent experience, a valid driver's license, and OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certification.
