Description
Fransen Pittman General Contractors is hiring a full-time Project Superintendent to supervise field construction, maintain schedule, budget, quality, safety, and stormwater compliance, and manage subcontractors and project closeout. The role requires 6–10 years of commercial superintendent experience, project management of $20 million or higher, OSHA 30 certification, a current driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and project scheduling software. Compensation is $120,000–$140,000 DOE, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, insurance, wellness, and other benefits.
