Description
ARCO/Murray National Construction is hiring an experienced Superintendent to manage ground-up industrial, cold storage, wastewater, or food and beverage processing construction projects from the start. The role oversees construction schedules, subcontractor coordination, materials and equipment, cost and progress reporting, safety, quality, and communication with owners, architects, and project management teams. Candidates need 5–25+ years of construction experience, including at least 5 years as a lead superintendent on cold storage or food and beverage processing projects, along with computer, driver’s license, and physical requirements. The position is local to the Chicagoland area, offers a vehicle allowance or company vehicle, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and lists typical base compensation of $90,000 to $160,000 plus discretionary bonuses.
