Description
ARCO Design/Build is hiring a Superintendent Intern/Co-op to gain hands-on exposure to construction project lifecycle activities, including field operations, safety leadership, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and quality control. The role requires a 3.0 GPA, enrollment in a relevant civil, architectural, construction engineering, or construction management program, strong communication and work ethic, and an active driver's license; co-op or intern construction experience is preferred. Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate with possible overtime, a housing stipend, and medical, dental, and vision insurance for interns or co-ops working at least three months.
