Description
AECOM is hiring an experienced MEP Fire Protection Superintendent to lead field execution for a major airport program in Chicago. The on-site role supervises fire protection and MEP contractors, coordinates phasing and work sequencing in active airport facilities, ensures compliance with fire codes and contracts, oversees fire suppression and fire alarm systems, manages submittals, punch lists, testing, commissioning, and system turnover, and coordinates with client representatives. The position requires a BS in Engineering or Construction Management, six years of demonstrated construction experience or equivalent education/experience, and a valid driver's license; it is not hybrid or remote and does not include United States work authorization sponsorship.
