Description
The Construction Superintendent will oversee field operations for horizontal construction projects in Laredo, Texas, including utilities, road construction, grading, and civil infrastructure. The role manages crews and subcontractors, enforces safety and quality standards, interprets civil plans, maintains project documentation and schedules, coordinates inspections and testing, resolves field issues, and reports progress to executive leadership. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or a related field, at least five years of superintendent experience in horizontal construction, knowledge of utility and roadway construction, proficiency with civil plans and Procore, and a current Texas driver’s license.
