Description
SpaceX is hiring a Construction Superintendent – Welding for its Starbase facility to own the day-to-day execution of welding projects for fluid systems and infrastructure. The role leads contractors, schedules and sequences weld work, manages logistics, quality, safety, procurement, budgets, and site access, and directly supervises welders and fitters. It requires a high school diploma or equivalency, at least three years of construction or aerospace experience leading a labor force, and three years of hands-on construction-trade experience. The position may work multiple shifts, travel up to 20%, and perform physically demanding outdoor work in extreme conditions.
