Description
The Construction Supervisor will oversee electrical installation, fiber-optic, construction, hookup, and pre-commissioning activities, including cable glanding, earthing, junction-box wiring, cable testing, work-permit compliance, job cards, and JSA preparation. The role coordinates with engineering, commissioning, HSE, and project teams; monitors workmanship and safety; maintains records; and ensures installations meet approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Candidates need a relevant technical diploma or degree, at least 10 years of hands-on experience, applicable EWURA licensing or ERB registration, and strong supervisory, troubleshooting, communication, and reporting skills.
