ARG Construction is seeking a hands-on Construction Supervisor to manage daily commercial and residential job-site operations, coordinate trade crews and subcontractors, enforce quality, safety, schedule, and material requirements, and communicate field progress to project management. The role requires field supervision or foreman experience, knowledge of finish trades and structural logistics, blueprint and documentation skills, and strong leadership and problem-solving abilities; Procore, OSHA certification, and bilingual English/Spanish communication are preferred.
