Bechtel is hiring a construction field supervision leader for the Rio Grande LNG project in Brownsville, Texas. The role oversees craft professionals and superintendents, schedules work, coordinates subcontractors, monitors tools and materials, and ensures safety, quality, and compliance with design documents, project procedures, budgets, and schedules. The position requires substantial construction experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of industrial construction practices and safety systems, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
