Description
Genser Energy Ghana Limited is hiring a mid-level Construction Supervisor as a contractor to oversee daily on-site civil and structural work across projects in several locations in Western Region, Ghana. The role supervises contractors and subcontractors, enforces safety and quality standards, verifies work against drawings and specifications, maintains site records and progress documentation, supports budgeting and material coordination, and leads subordinate staff. A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or Construction Management is mandatory, along with at least four years of similar experience; experience in oil and gas or heavy engineering, French proficiency, and a master’s degree are preferred.
