Description
The role manages complete construction supervision for building projects, including site measurements, quality control, defect tracking, detailed planning under HOAI service phase 5, tendering support under service phase 6, award decisions under service phase 7, condition surveys, and progress monitoring. It requires civil engineering or comparable training, construction-site-manager experience with renovations and new builds, ORCA AVA or comparable software, German negotiation skills, and a Class B driver’s license.
