Description
The role supervises retail store construction openings, coordinating contractors, schedules, costs, quality, safety, documentation, MEP testing, change orders, and closeout while maintaining live-store operations. It requires a completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field, at least five years of retail or commercial construction experience, knowledge of retail store construction and MEP installations, and availability for night or weekend work. The position is project-based and fixed term, approximately four months per store.
