IREN is hiring a full-time, on-site Construction Supervisor – Civil in Childress, Texas to lead civil construction activities for large-scale data center infrastructure. The role supervises earthworks, concrete, structural steel, paving, and underground utilities; mentors subcontractors; enforces safety and quality standards; maintains project records; and resolves on-site challenges. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of civil construction experience including two years supervising data center or high-tech industrial projects, blueprint-reading ability, and strong leadership and communication skills. The position offers an expected hourly rate of $52.50 USD, night-shift premium, health insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
