Description
The role is responsible for construction supervision and management of infrastructure projects, including earthworks, foundations, civil and sewer construction, structural engineering, and transport facilities. Responsibilities include coordinating on-site execution under HOAI phases 8–9, monitoring quality, costs, and deadlines, coordinating with clients and executing companies, handling acceptance procedures, defects, and change orders, and documenting progress. The position requires a civil engineering degree or comparable qualification, strong RIB iTWO and MS Project knowledge, construction supervision or management experience, infrastructure or structural engineering knowledge, VOB and technical standards knowledge, and strong communication and coordination skills.
