SpaceX is hiring a Construction Supervisor, Facilities to supervise and lead laborers and contractors on fast-paced infrastructure projects at Starbase. The role manages site logistics, schedules, equipment, materials, safety, contractor coordination, procurement, cost and schedule controls, and project implementation, while also overseeing night-shift contractors and coordinating with facilities and engineering teams. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture, or facilities management, along with a valid driver’s license, physical ability to work outdoors and lift materials, and availability for extended hours and weekends.
