UtilliCo is hiring a full-time Construction Supervisor to oversee electric substation, overhead, and underground utility construction projects. The role is based in the St. Louis, Missouri office and may support projects in Missouri and Illinois, with regional travel to utility client territories. Responsibilities include field inspection, safety and OSHA compliance, contractor and material coordination, outage and non-outage construction, schedule and budget tracking, change-order monitoring, reporting, and project closeout. Candidates need a high school diploma, at least three years of electric utility or telecommunications field experience, familiarity with the National Electrical Safety Code, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel and work in varied field conditions.
