Description
DCOMM is hiring a Construction Supervisor to lead employee and subcontractor crews on fiber, aerial, and underground broadband construction projects. The role coordinates field operations, manages schedules, budgets, safety, quality, materials, vehicles, and equipment, and communicates with internal teams, customers, and partners. Candidates need at least two years of field leadership in OSP, fiber, or utility construction, knowledge of aerial and underground broadband work, strong communication and organizational skills, a safety-first mindset, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
