BB&E is seeking a Construction Surveillance Engineering Technician to coordinate construction quality management programs for assigned projects at the NAVFAC Southeast (SE) Headquarters, Public Works Departments (PWD), and Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station - Cape Canaveral, FL. The technician will review and recommend approvals of contractor quality control plans, attend quality control meetings, monitor checklists, validate material quantities, and ensure quality workmanship according to specifications.
