Description
The Construction Security Technician monitors construction workers and screens equipment, materials, and furnishings for hostile surveillance devices using X-ray machines and other approved examination methods. The role analyzes designs and blueprints for concealed surveillance purposes, operates inspection equipment, writes security reports, maintains daily logs, and requires active CST certification, independent decision-making, at least three years of security or construction experience, outdoor work, and the ability to stand for eight hours and lift up to 25 pounds. Compensation is $42.00 to $45.00 per hour.
