Description
The Construction Security Technician monitors construction workers and screens equipment, materials, and furnishings for hostile surveillance devices using X-ray machines and other approved examination methods. The role analyzes designs and blueprints for concealed surveillance purposes, applies technical surveillance countermeasures knowledge, writes security reports, and maintains daily logs. Candidates need at least three years of security or construction experience, independent decision-making ability, and active CST certification is preferred. The stated salary is $38-$40 per hour.
