IDS International is hiring a Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, to support secure construction operations. The role monitors construction processes, analyzes designs and blueprints, identifies noncompliance with ICD 705 and other security requirements, documents findings, and maintains surveillance logs. It requires active Top-Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, CST certification, a high school diploma or GED, and experience with surveillance equipment and construction security. The position is Monday through Friday for guaranteed 40 hours per week, with overtime and travel flexibility possible, and pays $36 per hour with health, 401(k), paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays.
