Description
IDS International is hiring a Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) with TS/SCI clearance and CI-Poly in Fairfield, California. The role controls construction-site access, screens and escorts personnel and materials, monitors construction activities, maintains communication with site leadership, documents security findings and inspection milestones, and reports incidents and counterintelligence concerns. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, U.S. citizenship, age 21 or older, and experience with security screening equipment and surveillance; it is scheduled Monday through Friday with guaranteed 40 hours per week and overtime based on client needs. Compensation is $37.00 per hour plus a daily non-taxable per diem, with health, 401(k), paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays available to W2 employees.
