SOCOTEC is hiring a Construction Technical Control Engineer to work within an established agency in Gers and Hautes-Pyrénées. The role covers technical execution and risk control across real estate projects, review of proposals and construction documentation, technical diagnostics, reporting, contractual compliance, client follow-up, and commercial development. Candidates need an engineering degree or BAC +4 qualification and at least four years of experience in construction technical control. The fixed annual gross salary is €43,000 to €55,000, with a commercial-development bonus capped at two months’ salary.
