The role manages project schedules, costs, risks, stakeholder coordination, program reporting, anomaly investigations, and recovery plans, while mentoring project personnel and supporting FMSO leadership. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least eight years of construction project or program management experience, including schedule and cost performance, project planning, and coordination with construction managers, architects, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors. The role offers a base pay range of $145,188.00 to $203,263.20 for Washington applicants, with other site ranges possibly differing.
