HR Green is hiring a Construction Technician III to lead complex transportation construction projects from the field. The role provides hands-on construction oversight, quality assurance, technical problem-solving, client representation, project controls, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, at least 8 years of construction project management experience including supervisory experience, DOT or toll-road construction experience, and knowledge of structural work, earthwork, roadway geometry, surveying, materials, and construction documentation.
