Minto is hiring a Construction Technician in Barrhaven or Stittsville to support the construction of assigned homes from framing through completion. The role involves assisting homeowners, reporting safety issues, completing repair lists, identifying and repairing construction deficiencies, performing interior carpentry and drywall repairs, preparing homes for inspections, and ensuring cleanup. Candidates need at least two years of relevant work experience, on-the-job training, a valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle, and residential construction repair knowledge; a high school diploma, computer skills, bilingualism, and attention to detail are assets. The position pays $27-$32 per hour.
